I can't remember the source but I think I read that there will not be any
further separate releases of IE, just integrated (even more integrated)
versions in the OS.

It's called Netscape 7.1. Stops pop-ups nicely, and has great junk mail
filtering!

I believe I remember posting to this like like a year ago wondering if
anyone had any insider info about when IE7 will be released. IE6 is so
ridiculously stale and outdated, and I just can't take it anymore. I have
high hopes for IE7 when it comes out in 2034, but I can't help but fear that
it will NOT have a way of stopping popups. I'm sure all the developers at
MS would love to include that, but I have a strong feeling that MS's
accountants and lawyers will strongly advise against it. This message has
no point. I'm just thinking out loud.
