I don't know that I could do HP either, we are an ALL IBM shop, right down
to the desktops (well, whatever aren't WYSE terminals anyway)...

I know you had mentioned you are all IBM.. We ended up putting in two
1.2TB (formatted capacity RAID 5EE) EXP400 enclosures, each hanging off a
pair of x345's with 6M's, clustered Windows 2003. Redundant, cheaper than
SAN, and enough space for us.. For now anyway..

up to 6tb. $13k us gets you started with everyhting but the drives.

go to cdw.com and look up their item # 559593

We're a small operation here and this will be enoug for wha we need.
I am sure we will outgrow it eventually but something better will be
out by then.
