I've never been a big fan of corporal punishment in schools. Capital
punishment, on the other hand, has real potential. String up a few
troublemakers and see how many others step out of line.

That won't help if the students go to
http://ip.address.of.porn.site.or.whatever
You could use IPSec to block access to those IPs. Or just suspend the
students, cane them, or something like that.
