Yes, it is certainly a balancing act. I think in the end that smart
cards will work out well for us. They are simple and users can handle
an ATM machine so the concept is not too difficult. We are also looking
at using Citrix Password Manager to help the power users who have
several passwords to keep track of. Most of my users are older and this
is their first exposure to a computer. They have a more difficult time
with things.

Its true, but shouldn't we can always have a corporate policy backing us
up on that and allowing us to punish those guys? : ) But the, thinking
again, user education might work much better than that....

Sure but if a user can't remember their password, they will write it
down somewhere.

Personally, I do not like the idea of using addresses and other personal
information directly on a password. It would make it much easier for
someone to guess your password as you all know.
