Dictaphone recomendations

Hi,
I have an Olympus VN90 - I think - digital recorder. The issue is that it is
only using 90 minutes if recording is set to low, and it sounds quite dreadful.
On the normal setting, its only something like 30 minutes. This was cheap, so
its no problems, but the unit gets full regularly, and I want to replace it
with something reliable for work use.
Any suggestions?
