I agree,
Most sophisticated tools have a learning curve, but repay the time invested
in the medium to long-term. Really detailed editing with Mellodyne
definitely takes time if you're sighted or not and, if you think about it,
so it should.

Brian, I understand, but that's the nature of the beast. A program cannot be
made accessible and at the same time easier. Of course, it may not be ideal
in some cases, but unless you're getting into specific and focused editing,
which is time consuming for all users, sighted and non sighted, then I
disagree and think it is very efficient
Adding global correction to a vocal is very easy, it would only get more
involved if the singer was all over the place. Like Chris S said, he uses it
on all the work he has coming in. There's also someone over in Austrailia
who now edits vocals in front of clients...something he couldn't do before.
The more you use something the more intuitive it will get. Best steve.
