is it correct what I've heard that if you have adobe on your computer it cam
interfere with jaws?

some one sent me an attachment with this article but it was in PDF format and I
know I don't have adobe reader on my computer because of what I've heard about

  Hi Susan,

Just to help out here. Adobe Reader is the program that gives you access to
PDF files (you cannot read them with any other program). So I guess your
computer is trying to install it so that it can open the PDF file. Paul may be
able to talk you through the install over the phone if you need further help.

  All the best,

  Sharon
