[vip_students] a dobie reader

hi folks,

some one sent me a attachment that contained a PDF file my computer isn't set 
up for receiving PDF files, now my computer keeps saying a dobie reader 
install, I can't stop this, what can I do? and what did I do to get this 
message in the first place?
