Hi Paul,
The Day (DD), Month (MM, and year (YYYY), are now typed in three edit
boxes. When you type the date number, wait for the mext prompt before
typing in the Month number. That typed, wait for the prompt before
typing in the YYYY number. Does that make sense? javascript is used, so
you need to have javascripting enabled in your browser. (this was the
case before also, but just to mention it as something to check.)
Remember that when it comes to your PIN number, you have only about 3
tries if you get it wrong for some reason, before it needs to be
reactivated.

i use bank of ireland 365 on line , all the time,
to check credit card and current balance etc,
they have just changed their website, and i am having trouble in logging
on,
has anybody else had a problem?
i type in my user account ,
then wehen it asks for date of birth,
it is usually day month and year,
but now the jaws is having trouble with this
could somebody who uses it , please advise me
