hi gerry, spoke too soon, i can do everything on this website, except to do a
mobile phone top up,
i clicked on current account and to my amazement, there is no link for mobile
top up,
i rang 365 on line, and the agent could not find the link either, but promises
to ring me back, when she locates it,
she said there was so issue, , but will ring me back

Hi, Paul,
Instead of inputting in the date all in one go with slashes between the
different parts, just type in the DD part, the MM part then the YYYY part
withhout any slashes. Although they go into 3 different boxes, you just need to
type the information and the proper info will go into the correct place.
I would be interested in hearing feedback from this list as to the updated
site. As most of you know, I work for Bank of Ireland.

good morning,
i use bank of ireland 365 on line , all the time,
to check credit card and current balance etc,
they have just changed their website, and i am having trouble in logging on,
has anybody else had a problem?
i type in my user account ,
then wehen it asks for date of birth,
it is usually day month and year,
but now the jaws is having trouble with this
could somebody who uses it , please advise me
