Hi Donal & Stuart Many thanks for your input on this issue - really appreciated. They are very very helpful indeed. Also it's worth noting that if your embosser is out of warranty, then they will often send you the part. any good computing technician should be able to fix it for you. I've opened one up to replace the print head (it was years ago) and they're not complex. Hope this helps, Dónal On 22 Jul 2013, at 21:59, "Michael Lavin" <lavinm37@xxxxxxxxx> wrote: > Hi Folks > > The index braille printer in the League suffered a setback recently > when the righthand paper clamp shared completely off. > > Would any of you good people out there be able to advise where in > Ireland is there a support service or is it more likely support is located in the UK? > > Many thanks, > > Michael > Dr. Dónal Fitzpatrick, School of Computing, Dublin City University, Glasnevin, Dublin 9, Ireland Tel. +353-(0)1-700-8929 fax: +353-(0)1-700-5442 email: dfitzpat (at) computing.dcu.ie Email Disclaimer "This e-mail and any files transmitted with it are confidential and are intended solely for use by the addressee.
