Hi Michael,
If you have not got this sorted by the time you read my email feel free to give
me a shout and we should be able to assist.
We have carried out many repairs on these printers, and, as Dónal says, they
are relatively easy things to fix.

The index braille printer in the League suffered a setback recently when the
righthand paper clamp shared completely off.
Would any of you good people out there be able to advise where in Ireland is
there a support service or is it more likely support is located in the UK?
