Hi Michael,

You'd be far quicker just contacting them directly in Sweden.  They are very 
very helpful indeed.  Also it's worth noting that if your embosser is out of 
warranty, then they will often send you the part.  any good computing 
technician should be able to fix it for you.  I've opened one up to replace the 
print head (it was years ago) and they're not complex.
