Hi Emer,

> Does anyone know where we're at now with the Aer Lingus website?

Could you please let me know directly (off list is fine), the problems
you are having with it? It doesn't have to be exhaustive, just a brief
overview is fine. I would like to extend this to everyone on the list, I
am trying to get a handle on what the main issues are.

charge, which I was not about to pay if their site wasn't accessible.

This is a good angle for us to approach them with, if blind and vision
impaired users are forced to pay via a separate channel because of an
inaccessible website, as it's just not good enough.

Thanks

Josh
