I have no idea. I used the link Amazon gave me some time ago. It takes me to the accessibility page, which describes the Kindle with accessibility, then there is a link that says download. I did that. I'm not sure what's going on at the moment, the register screen isn't showing, but even though I'm given the title of the book I was reading, I have a permanent hour glass ...and a blank screen.
