Hi Caitlyn,
I don't know about the apps, but I would recommend the Moto G, E, or X
phone. The Moto X has the latest version of Android that just came out
last week. All three of these phones are assured of future updates for
some time. Others might recommend various other phones here for
different reasons. the beauty of Android is that there are plenty of
great choices for different needs and budgets that work beautifully.

We are probably going to get an android phone to replace my husband’s lost i
phone.
I have a couple of questions about this, however.
Which phone is best for a totally blind person? And, are there apps equivelent
to bard mobile and voice dream reader for android?
