Hi,
At the moment, the Galaxy S5 from Samsung is the best phone for totally
blind people. It has more accessibility than regular Android.
Samsung have done a fab job. It is coming to the S4 too.

We are probably going to get an android phone to replace my husbands lost i
phone.
I have a couple of questions about this, however.
Which phone is best for a totally blind person? And, are there apps
equivelent to bard mobile and voice dream reader for android?
