Hi John,

You should be able to add a something to a home screen in Nova by:
1. Explore by touch or tap on the home screen until Talkback announces "Home
screen 3" (or whichever number screen you are on) - this actually tells you
that you are on a blank section of the screen.
2. Double tap but don't lift your finger - so tap, release, tap and hold.
Talkback announces "Alert: add to home screen".
3. there is a list with five options - Nova actions (Nova's own shortcuts),
Apps, shortcuts (eg browser bookmarks), Widgets and Wallpapers.
4. Choose whichever one you want, scroll through the list and double tap on the
one you want to add.

Deleting is similar:
1. Find the item on the home screen you wish to remove.
2. Double tap and hold. Talkback will announce "Showing items 1 to 4 of 4"
(some items have a different number of options here).
3. swipe through the list and double tap on remove. Talkback doesn't actually
announce anything but the app (or widget or whatever) has been removed from the
home screen. Alternatively you can uninstall apps completely, but make sure
you know the difference and which one you want to do!

Removing an icon just takes it off the home screen - the app is still installed
and you can get to it from the all apps list.
Uninstalling an app deletes it completely from your phone and if you want to
use it again you'll have to download it from the play store again.

I hope that helps!

Regards

Quentin.

Hi Aaron and all! I also use Nova launcher and for the most part I like it,
except, I have a couple of issues with it on my S3. First, I have never been
able to discover how to add or delete apps from a given page.
I have 8 pages, and every one of them have Apps, Internet, contacts and
messaging. Other apps that I would like to have on one of the pages aren't
there at all! The other thing is, every time I double tap contacts, no matter
wich page I do it from, it opens messaging! Any sudjestions would be
appreciated! By the way, I am a TalkBack user, if that makes any differents!

Thanks in advanced and have a good one:
John
