If there anybody who needs Eurasian Wigeon for 08 List he is
still hanging around Ridgeway Park in Hampton. the best time
to see him i think is Dawn and dust. He came in this evening
right at Happy Hour 5 o'clock on the dot. He stayed all day
doing real cold weather. He is hard to find when he is out
on River, because most of the shore line is on private land.
This is 8 years in a row he has been there.
