[uae] e-uae 1.6.10 wip

hello,
i began working on puae (*pandora uae) again;
*pandora (www.openpandora.org)
1) at the moment i have a e-uae 0.8.29 meets winuae 1.6.10 version;

2) you can download the source and compile and it will probably work for
you, too. (works for me on ubuntu)
3) guiwise, i only modified gtk-gui but it does not have all the available
settings so this snapshot is not actually for end-users.
4) e-uae 1.6.10 has almost all winuae 1.6.10 custom chip features/fixes/bugs

5) next i'll work on cpu emulation fixes etc.
