Nice amount of activity at Shelby Park in Nashville this morning. My first
highlight was an American Woodcock that I flushed from the edge of the paved
path near the observation tower. The other two highlights were two late season
birds seen close together on the “Loop Connector” trail: a Blue-gray
Gnatcatcher and a Black-throated Green Warbler. Chris Sloan informed me this
is the 5th latest date for BTGW for Tennessee.

Good Birding!
