remember to check the permissions on the GPO and to refresh the Terminal
servers in question when you make a change, otherwise the change may take an
age to filter through.  If you are running 2000 on the term srvrs, then use
the command

secedit /refreshpolicy machine_policy & secedit /refreshpolicy user_policy

If it is 2003 term svcs, then just use the command 

gpupdate
