I have several sysprep-images for our Laptops and it works great for me... Booting into DOS with Networksupport...starting ghost...get the image from server...finish - fine. I got some old Compaq-Deskpros that don't do sysprep in the way it should do - the images i created with are all shity...don't know why at the moment... I've installed 10 TS in October with sysprep - no problems... Greetings.
