6.20 ? 6.40 ?

Are you using SAP front end printing ? The name of the queue length restriction 
is no longer there.

  I have my Citrix servers set to auto-create, print directly to print server, 
so as to create the short names SAP requires..

   

  I have found this works, MOST of the time, but have found some printers still 
create with the long name printer on server from client..etc.

   

  If I restart the Citrix Print manager and go back in, they create as the 
short names, printer on server.

   

  Any ideas?

   

  Seems to be primarily the LaserJet 4345 MPF and the Color LaserJet 4550 PCL 
5e.

   

  Have confirmed the drivers.

   

  Anyone have input on SAP printing?  What a pain, since they still only 
support like 30 characters with no spaces??
