I would agree with Scott's assesment, I have been battling the same issue. The
profile gets written to the central share, but the orginal is still there so
anything that has been deleted while the profile is in use will not be deleted
form the central profile share.

Well I thought it might be that but I have waited 24hrs
and the same thing happens. It is like the local updates
the roaming but does not over write it, just appends to it.

Sounds like maybe he's not getting logged off the first
server cleanly. He
logs off server two cleanly, so his roaming profile gets
updated from the
cached profile on server two. Then, after a period of
inactivity, server one
logs him off, and his roaming profile gets overwritten
with the cached
profile from server one. Could that be?

I am having trouble win a user adding a folder to his
desktop. He then
relogs back in and get's connected to another server and
if he changes the
name of the folder on his desktop, sometimes when he logs
backin he gets the
original folder and the folder he renamed it to. I have
not idea why. Is
there some policy that I need to set ?
