[THIN] Roaming Profiles

When are currently running Windows 2003 with Citrix FR3. We are running
roaming profiles and we have the following problem.
When a user logs off and it copies the profile to a file server but only
sets the permissions to that user. I remember reading some where that you
can set this in the GPO to set the TS directory as the local rights of the
share.
Currently, we have to take ownership of the profile on the filer server and
inherit the rights.
