Potential explanation. You are using roaming profiles, but the user is
not getting properly disconnected from the local cached profile. When
he logs back in to the server with the stil cached profile, it gives him
that profile.
Have the user log off. Make sure his session is logged off, not
disconnected. Then go to the User profiles tab of that server, and see
if his profile is still there. You can delete it, provided it is not
marked as open.
Then have the user log back in, and see if that takes care of the problem.
In the GPO you can also set the local cahced profile to be removed at
logoff, which for us eliminated a lot of those headaches.

constraint to scaling up?! Get this free white paper to understand the
real constraints & how to overcome them. SAVE MONEY by scaling-up rather
than buying more servers.
