[THIN] OT: GPO Folder Redirection

Hi all,
Having only used system policy previously, I'm trying to get my head around
group policy on a new 2003 machine we are implementing.
On our (soon to be) old NT4 domain users running NT4 w/ MF 1.8 had a custom
shared desktop and shared programs folder via system policy. I am trying to
implement exactly the same through folder redirection in the GPO on our new
2003 machines, but I can only redirect the desktop and there is no option
for programs only start menu.
I know I can achieve this by editing the all users profile in the doc's &
settings folder to what I require, but I'm sure there must a way of doing
through the GPO.
Any ideas?
