Yes.
Open Active directory on the Exchange server.  Click on the user (CEO in =
your example).  Click on the Exchange General  tab.  Click on the =
Message Restrictions button.  Down in the Message Restrictions section, =
under Accept Message, click on the dot in front of From Everyone Except. =
 Enter the e-mail address of (in your example Mail Boy).

can you restrict a user on the exchange server from sending an email to =
another user on the same server.  We want to use Exchange 2000. =20
For example we would not want the mail boy to end a party invitation to =
the CEO.
