That sounds good..  But can you make it where the mail boy would not
even see the address?

Yes.
Open Active directory on the Exchange server.  Click on the user (CEO
in = your example).  Click on the Exchange General  tab.  Click on
the = Message Restrictions button.  Down in the Message Restrictions
section, = under Accept Message, click on the dot in front of From
Everyone Except. =  Enter the e-mail address of (in your example Mail

can you restrict a user on the exchange server from sending an email
to = another user on the same server.  We want to use Exchange 2000.
