I buy from them a fair amount but havent had to send anything back yet.

I've dealt with their customer services people a couple of times. The first time
was due to missing items from an order and they took quite a bit of convincing
that they`d only sent 1 4GB USB stick instead of the 3 that I`d ordered and it
took several phone calls to get then to send the missing 2 but I got them
eventually.

The second time was for this recent RMA and again, I had to call them to find
out
why it had not been processed. It turns out that in the first instance it could
have
been my error for taking too long to fill out the online form and the RMA was
not created
so my fault there I guess.

I rang them 2 days after I`d filled out the form to be told that no RMA had
been created so
I then went through the process again and this time I got an automated reply
within 30 minutes.
I left it for a couple of days and rang them for an update only to be told that
they had no
record of the card being received. I told them that it had been sent recorded
delivery and that
the PO website said it had been delivered 3 days before but as I didn`t have
the serial number
of the delivery on me at the time that I would ring back when I had it to hand.
About 2 hours
later I received an email to say that they were now processing the RMA.

Once it had been processed and the card was found to be faulty, they were very
quick in getting
another one sent out though.

So, all in all they could do better but I`ve certainly dealt with worse
customer services
departments over the years ;)

Cheers
Paul
