That's why a credit card works so well.
1) I know that the person is credit worthy enough to have a card.
2) The purchaser knows that I have been checked out .
3) If the vendor doesn't send the mechandise or it is faulty, there is
a grevance process
if the vendor doesn't do right by his customer. If a vendor gets enough
real complaints, he
can lose his priviledge to take credit cards.
4) Doing a card is a contract of sorts.
I guess I' m saying "trust but verify"...but don't be tacky about it.
Give a man the benefit of the doubt unless you have reason not to. :-)
