[TechAssist] ctc169 power supply problem

I have been stumpt on this one. 120 volts on horiz output transistor in
standby. cr4118 has been replaced I dont have 15 volts on diode I cannot
measure it fluctuates c4145 1000 micro 50 volts have been also replaced raw
bplus is 160v on the money I have replaced c102,c108.c104 u101, and
disconnected the audio. Any help will be greatly appreciated
