Possible it isn't a PS problem at all ??? C4401,C4402,CR4401,CR4403 are common parts to fail. What are voltages in Stand-by with the Flyback lead removed from the HV Block(and well insulated of course) ??? Audio Output pulling on any of the PS voltages ???
