Here are some things I found:
RCA ctc169 dead (low b+ in standby) + (Primary voltages bouncing
around)
-Replaced c4101 ( Part tested good)

RCA CTC169 Set had low B+ of 118 volts. Raster was pulled in all 4
sides
-Q4111 transistor in power supply was open

-CHECK/REPLACE Q4105 (P/N# 143802) OR ECG159 AND Q4107 (P/N# 146847) OR

Ray,
C4118 (470 mfd. 35 volt) will cause a low B+ symtom.

Came in dead, checked voltage @U4101, pulsing, found C4102 open
after replacing voltage steady on U4101, SB B+ @141 volts when you hit
power button B+ drops to about 88 volts momentarily and cuts back
off..anyone help?
