Can you see the blue horz and vert lines in the customer convergence setup
menu??

26vdc is dead on both + and - Zenith schematic is worthless for waveforms.
I remember calling zenith about one of these convergence modules once, and
he didn't know much other than--"replace the module" Help is appreciated.
