Many years ago was involved with tracking down the answer to a whole series of
TV doing just that. Turned out it was sabotage. Guy fitting the yoke put a
small scratch with a ring he wore at the point where the neck flairs out to the
back of the tube. These turned into timebombs. He spent some time after that
making large rocks smaller.
