So Far none of the Normal smaller Components seem to help repair this set.
The Relay does Click, and all the Large Ceramic Resistors Check ok. I notice
this Uses the TFB4099AD Type Flyback Xfmr. & that FBT does have a History
of Failure. Would it cause just the Click Click relay movement if indeed its
bad?

Trying to help another Shop with a Dead Set. They replaced :

Q801 = STRS5241
C863 = 4.7@50V
C866 = 22@25V
C884 = 330@160V
C840 = 1000@25V

And Q840 , the 5v Regulator IC Is putting out a good 5V.....so it was not
replaced. Is there anything else besides Bad solder to check for ? Also, not
100 Percent Sure those Caps are correct location numbers and Values. The PS
Board is a PB1018, and if anyone has a Scan or a PDF of that board they
could sent, it may help. Thanks.
