[TechAssist] Sony kp53xbr35 crt arcing in neck

center crt is arcing in focus socket., neck arcs
even with the socket removed.
draws 5 amps then shuts down.
owner said it smelled hot. I smell nothing.
I assume it is the CRT, I see no leakage of coolant.
what is a estimate of parts needed??
is the yoke bad also??
this is my first sony crt problem.
