[TechAssist] Rca CTC-169CL5 lightbulb placement?

Guys, cant find my Idiot sheet on where to place the 60 watt lightbulb in
HOT stage. was it
A. In series Emitter to ground with the 1885 in circuit, Or
B. Remove the 1885 and series it collector to emitter?
Hate to waist another 1885 even at $3.00. Thanks
