HI,
This has been here for a couple months. It plays for a minute or two, then an
interference pattern creeps accross the red & blue CRT's, and they go dark. As
they go dark, the green CRT gets very bright (no retrace lines).
I've been able to track it back as far as the r-y, and b-y lines coming from
the Progressive Scan IC, U2401. In the morning, I hope to check voltages on
U2401. But, I'm hoping to not have to replace the IC as a test. The dealer cost
is $60!
Has anyone heard of anything like this on the CTC170/171 family of chassis?
