You can use "Casper" to clone windows XP which works very well, but if you
use the old drive & transfer all the settings all the drivers will be for
the old computer & windows will not boot. The best way is to use the file &
transfer setting program to xfer your old computer settings to the new Dell.
You will have to reload the programs, but the settings will be as before.
hope this makes sense to you. Larry
