[TechAssist] Nutty customers

One of my favorites was the impatient customer who called us
asking how much it would cost to "install a schematic" in a TV.
Turns out another shop was waiting on a schematic to repair the
set.

Then of course, there were always those customers who wanted
their "Hibachi" TVs fixed or whose RCA model number was "XL-100".
