[TechAssist] Magnavox CS4535A101 Chassis 25S104-00AA picture distorting

This set has a strange picture wiggle only on the left side and only after
it warms up and usually only with a bright screen or words on the screen. I
replaced the C432 100 mfd 200 volt and I replace Q510 because when heated it
caused the picture to distort. No help so I am assuming it is something near
Q510. Has anyone seen this before?
