I am still in the dark on this dog. I replaced C431, C432, IC430, Q400,
C432, C431, Q530, Z530, Z405 and the picture still jumps around wiggles and
really freaks out when the screen has a white background. I noticed that the
130 volt line is down to 125 volts but the most noticeable voltage that is
off is Q530 the collector is 2.1 vdc and should be POINT 2 volts that's .2.
When I turn down the ac to the set this voltage goes down to about .3 and
the picture stops shacking I really don't know where else to look. HELP
