75 volts are 75 units of pressure to make some current to
flow in a
determined circuit.
the flow depends of the resister  on the circuit. THE  OHM
LAW SAID 1
VOLT APPLIED TO A RESISTOR OF  1 OHM
THE FLOW OF CURRENT WILL BE 1 AMP.
(hope this help to understand what 75 volts is)
