Total misdiagnosis on this.
Actually HV is there, if I I advance the screen control, just has a line
(no Vertical Deflection..No Sound)
Does that ring a bell.

This set starts up, and instantly shuts down. You can hear the HV start.
I haven't changed the regulator yet, but are there any Caps in this set
that will give that symptom.
