Did you ask her how much her old set cost? And that her old one, as
long as the tubes are still bright, will most likely last longer than
the new cheap one?

I had a caller throw it in my face that her friend just bought a 50 inch
TV for about $750.00. She wasn't going to spend $75.00 on a diagnosis
fee on her 52" RCA.
