Yeah, that's definitely one of them, if not the only one.....much more power/current handling capability than the old 2SD1879, which was the MOST UNIVERSAL replacement beforehand. Now that I know the 2SD 1881 is the one to keep, I'll phase out the 2SD 1879's.
