[TechAssist] Fisher Model PC-6525 TV black rastor only

I have this Fisher TV model PC-6525 TV that comes on, has deflection, but
has no video, audio or OSD. Vertical and horizontal deflection are working,
All power supplies seem to be there except for the tuning voltage supply,
but replacing the open resistor for it dosen't help. I have no literature
for this set, and don't want to buy a diagram for this old set (1996?). Any
ideas or schematic would be helpful.
